CIUDAD INTELIGENTE Y ESTADO EFICIENTE: SUEN OS Y DESVELOS DEL CASO CORDOBE S
Abstract
Since 2019 and with the shift in municipal government, the city of Córdoba has been characterized
by the implementation of a series of policies that sought to position it discursively and institutionally
as a Smart City. This article aims to provide a critical characterization of the Smart City model
implemented in Córdoba during the period 2019-2024, using literature review and documentary
analysis
