About the Journal
The Perspectives in Engineering and Food Sciences Journal (PerIngCA) is a biannual periodic publication belonging to the Universidad del Cono Sur de las Américas (University of the Southern Cone of the Americas). The objective of our journal is to disseminate the different approaches that arise from scientific and technological knowledge through articles that are the product of research, which are submitted to a peer-review process by qualified academic experts in the field. It is aimed at both the academic audience and the general scientific community.
